The 5 Longest Natural Caves of Meghalaya

Krem Kotsati is another explored natural caves under Jaintia Hills, measures approximately 21.5 km deeplyconsist with some virgin river passages. Krem Kotsati is India’s second longest cave with eight entrances and one entrance is through a deep pool.

Krem Tyngheng – 21km

Krem Tyngheng is one of the 11 new caves explored in Meghalaya, measures approximately 21km, one of the longest cave system in the Indian sub-continent.

Krem Synrang Pamiang – 14km

Synrang Pamiang cave is 14km long cave with five entrances and popular for its Titanic Hall. These caves are also home to many endemic species of flora and fauna.

Krem Umthloo – 13km

The 13km long Krem Umthloo cave is one of the most ideal cave for beginners to explore, location at Jaintia Hills. Caving in Meghalaya is one of the best tourist attraction along with highest waterfalls.
