The Indian peacock or Indian peafowl is the national bird of India, The most beautiful bird of Indian Sub-Continent is a large and brightly coloured bird with several colour mutations such as White Peafowl and Green peafowl.

Thank you for the great article. Just wanted to point out that the Brown-headed Barbet is actually a White-cheeked Barbet and the Rose-ringed Parakeet is actually an Alexandrine Parakeet.
