5 Largest Indian Flag with Tallest Flagpole in The Country

Country’s largest tricolour on the tallest flag post has been inaugurated at Belagavi and Attari. Ranchi and Hyderabad has the second and third largest Indian flag with tallest flagpole in the Country, followed by Raipur  Delhi, Lucknow, Pune and Faridabad.

There are more place in India where largest Indian flag has been hoisted like in Bhopal, in Pune and in Bangalore as well.

Belgaum – 361 Feet

Belgaum in Karnataka is officially known as Belagavi, unfurled the tallest national flag of India at Kote Kere lake front which is is 1 ft taller than the one in Attari. Image The Hindu.

Belagavi also known as Belgaum in Karnataka is now home to India’s tallest national flag with 9,600 sq ft wide flag on a 110-metre-tall flagpole. (Confirmation awaited)

Bhakti Shakti garden of PCMC in Nigdi hosted the second largest national flag of India at 351 ft. Nigdi is a planned township with list of places of interest such as Tallest Flag Pole, Appu Ghar, Bhakti Shakti statue and Shri Krishna Temple.

Guwahati Flag – 319.5 Feet

Third highest national flag of India is installed in Guwahati on 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The flag at Gandhi Mandap of Guwahati is India’s third tallest National Flag and tallest in the in the Northeast India.

Pune – 237 Feet

Cuttack – 215 Feet

Orissa High Court at Cuttack has the tallest Indian Natioanl flag of the state, A 215ft national flag measuring 75 feet in length and 48 feet in width has been hoisted at HC premises. The near by city of Bhubaneswar and Angul also host 100 feet National Flag in Odisha.

New Delhi – 207 Feet

Lucknow – 207 Feet
